If you receive food that is incorrectly made, please contact us within 24 hours for an exchange, refund or credit. All exchange, refund or credit requests will be subject to our sole discretion. If you would like to make changes to an order that has already been placed, please contact us 48 hours ahead of the first scheduled delivery or pick-up time. Order cancellations within 48 hours of the first scheduled delivery or pick-up time, will only be refunded 50%(incl. tax) of the purchased amount. Order cancellations within 24 hours of the first scheduled delivery or pick-up time, will not be issued any refunds.
